Shipping Information and Returns
Shipping Rates and Policies

At DKAB Enterprises,we take our business and customers very seriously. We will do our best to process your order in a timely and efficient manner. We work diligently to provide you with prompt order information. Due to the fact that we use drop shipping companies, we cannot be fully responsible for shipping delays. We will do our best to make you, the customer, pleased with your experience. If you receive your product in a damaged condition, contact us immediately. We will do our best to replace the item and expedite processing and shipping of the replacement item so that you are satisfied with your purchase from our company.

We reserve the right to refuse service to any person, company, agency, or organization at any time, for any reason whatsoever. We will not ship any order without verifying the credit card with the holder. This protects the legitimate customer from the frauds and the scammers. Prices on shipping are subject to change without notice, although we try to provide our customers with the most up to date product information.
 
 
Delivery Time
 
 
 
    After your order is processed and verified (usually 1 to 2 days) please allow 7-10 business days for ground shipping (regardless of the carrier). Tracking numbers are generally sent within 24-48 hours after ordering.
   
 
    DKAB Enterprises cannot guarantee shipping times and dates. We use third-party carriers to ship our products. Therefore, once an order is processed, we have no control over its delivery. However, we insure every package that we send out. After you receive your tracking number, please realize we do not have any more information than you; calling us for more information about your package is not necessary as you have as much information as we do. After your order is shipped, we will send you any relevant tracking numbers. Please study them closely as sometimes your order is split between two packages. If you lose your tracking number, most of the time we can send you another, however sometimes we cannot. If you miss the delivery of your order, it will be stored at the carrier's hub for a short time period. If you do not pick up your order and it gets returned to us, you will be responsible for paying to ship it back to you.
 
 
Order Verification
 
 
 
    Because of the number of frauds and scams, DKAB must perform an extensive validation of orders; this may include verification of shipping and billing information,phone calls to customers, verification of valid e-mail, and cardholder information and authorization. When filling out the billing and shipping information for your order, it is very important to provide us with current phone numbers, address and email so we can contact you regarding your order for whatever reason. If you have given us any false information (fake phone numbers, emails, etc.), we will treat your order as fraudulent and will not process it.
    Please be patient during the order validation process. Any mistakes in the information your have supplied to us may result in significant delays.
    Processing of an order will take between 24 and 48 hours during regular business days, 8 am to 3 pm Monday through Friday, Mountain Standard Time. Shipping time is calculated after order processing and verification is complete.
 
Delays or cancellation of orders may be the result of the following:
 
 *Ship to and bill to addresses do not match.
 *Cardholder name and ship to name do not match.
 *No immediate response or verification from e-mail or telephone numbers supplied by you. *Declined or rejected credit card due to failed address verification
 *Declined or rejected credit card due to insufficient funds.
 
Order verification protects our CUSTOMERS from FRAUD. So, please be patient.
 
 
 
 
Return Policy
 
 
 
    Please take a moment to examine your package and make sure you have ordered and received exactly what you wanted.  If you are missing an item, please keep the original packing materials as our shippers may need pictures of it.  If you are missing an item from your order and you cannot produce the original packaging materials, your return/refund is null and void.
    Contact us immediately if you have any concerns so we can issue you an Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) if necessary.
    Returns (requiring an RMA number) MUST be accompanied by the RMA number or they will be refused.
    All returned merchandise must be UNUSED, in NEW condition and in it's original packaging.
    Returns will not be accepted after 30 days.
    If your product requires an RMA number, the approved RMA number must be clearly shown on the shipping label.
    If there is no RMA number on the box (and your product requires one), it will be either returned to you or discard, because our receiving department would assume that it is an unauthorized return.
    Special orders or custom-made items are not returnable.
    Refurbished items are not returnable.
    Shipping charges are not refundable. 
    Returned merchandise will be charged a 30% restocking fee.
  
How to get a RMA number (if needed) for return/repair/service
 
    Email customersupport@dkabenterprises.com stating exactly what you need (this is the best way to contact us) OR call (719) 392-0088 and leave a detailed message
    Watch for an email from us that will include your RMA number (if needed) and address to send the product to.
    If your return request meets the criteria of our return policy, we will email you the Return Authorization (RMA) Number.
    Write your RMA number in large lettering next to your return address on the box, this will help speed the process.
    All RMA numbers issued are good for fifteen (15) days from the date of issue.  
    Prepaid shipping is required for all returning products.
    The approved RMA number must be clearly shown on the shipping label (if your product requires one).
    If there is no RMA number on the box (and your product requires one), it will be either returned to you or discard, because our receiving department would assume that it is an unauthorized return.
    We recommend that you ship by UPS, Fed Ex, or USPS with a return receipt. That way, if we do not receive your package, you can have it traced. 
 
Refunds on Returns
 
 Once you receive your order, you have a 30 day window to return it (for whatever reason).  If it's after 30 days, it will be our discretion as to whether or not we will be able to offer an exchange or refund.  This depends heavily on what's wrong with the product, existing warranties and manufacturer's rules on returns after this time frame.
     After receiving your authorized return, we will inspect the items to make sure they meet the conditions of our return policy.
    If the items do not meet those conditions, they will be returned to you at your expense.
    If the conditions are met, we will refund you the appropriate amount by the same method you used to pay for your order.
    Please allow a week for the refund to appear on your credit card.
    We will not refund you for items damaged in shipping due to your incorrect packaging.

    SCAMMERS BEWARE!  We take 'chargebacks' credit card fraud seriously and will prosecute you to the fullest extent of the law.  DO NOT use stolen credit cards on this website! 
 
NOTE: Defective Merchandise: If there is a manufacturer's defect with your product, then please contact the manufacturer and we will do our best to have the manufacturer issue a replacement for you.
